You will be responsible for managing front office duties, including scheduling, client check-in/out, answering inquiries, and maintaining a smooth, organized office environment. This role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system efficiently.
Check in and check out clients, ensuring accurate collection of payments and insurance information.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records and updating files as necessary.
Manage inventory of office supplies and assist in ordering when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and services is an advantage.
